The following keys will spawn on the Customs map at the indicated locations. Spawn rates will vary from common to extremely rare. Guide To Key Spawn Locations On Customs Map In Escape From Tarkov

1. Dorm Guard Desk Key

Dorm Guard Desk Key Spawn On Dead Scav In Showers

The Dorm Guard Desk Key can be found in the 2 story dorms building on the first floor in a showers room. Start by going through the main entrance. Make a left and go past the stairs, then open the first door on your right. You will find yourself in a locker room that leads to a showers area. Go into the showers room and immediately to your left will be a dead scav leaning against the wall. His right hand will be open and at his side. The Dorm Guard Desk Key will spawn inside his hand.

2. Dorm Room 104 Key

The Dorm Room 104 key can be found in the 2 Story Dorms Building. It is found in a Guard Room on the first floor. You will need the Dorm Guard Desk Key to access the room. Accessing the room is simple – just go through the main entrance to the building and it is immediately on your right. After you unlocked the room and go inside you will see a key cabinet on the left wall. The Dorm Room 104 Key will spawn hanging inside the key cabinet.

3. Dorm Room 110 Key

The Dorm Room 110 Key can be found in the USEC Garage building located on the east side of the Customs map. When you enter the building through the main entrance the right side of the building will be divided into two sections. One section with a large truck in front and a second section with two vehicles and piles of tires and boxes. Go to the second section and you will find a blue metal cabinet against the right wall. The Dorm Room 110 Key will spawn inside a red box attached to the blue metal cabinet door. It is hard to see if the key spawned from a far so you have to get up close to look inside the box.

4. Dorm Room 114 Key

The Dorm Room 114 Key spawns by the Military Checkpoint on the east side of the Customs map. Parked outside the checkpoint is a blue passenger car with its hood and trunk door open. Inside the trunk at the back of the car is a blue lootable jacket. The Dorm Room 114 Key can spawn inside the jacket when searched.

5. Dorm Room 203 Key

The Dorm Room 203 Key can be found in the three story dorms on the second floor. The key has a chance to spawn in Dorm Room 214 which requires the Dorm Room 214 key to unlock. Dorm Room 203 is located towards the back of the dorms right next to the fire escape that leads to the car extract. Once inside the room look for a red coffee cup on the nightstand next to the safe. The key will spawn inside the cup.

6. Dorm Room 214 Key

The Dorm Room 214 Key spawns in the Storage Units on the west side of the Customs map. It is found in a storage unit along the middle aisle. It is storage unit #88 which is marked on the units in white chalk. When inside the storage unit you will find two pallets against the left side of the unit. The key can be found inside the pallet closest to the entrance, but on the opposite side of the pallet.

7. Dorm Room 220 Key

Dorm Room 220 Key Spawn On Jacket and Sleeping Bag

The Dorm Room 220 Key can be found in a train car located behind the Morgue building. It is the same location you need to go for the Chemical – Part 1 quest for Skier. The key can be found on the jacket resting on a sleeping bag inside the building. It can spawn under the jacket so you need to rely on the white marker to appear if it is there.

8. Machinery Key

The Machinery Key can be found in the 3 story dorms building on the second floor. You have to proceed to Room 205 located at the end of the hall towards the fire escape that leads to the car extract. You can easily find Room 205 as there will be a bed and furniture blocking the hallway that you need to jump over. This furniture is right in front of the room. Two jackets are hanging on the right wall behind a wooden cabinet. The Machinery Key has a high chance to spawn in the tan jacket on the left.

9. Military Base Checkpoint Key

The Military Base Checkpoint Key can be found in the Morgue building located on the south east side of the Customs map. When entering the building from the east side you will come across a couch with a dead scav. The key will spawn on the couch right next to the dead body – beside his duffle bag.

10. The Key To The Gas Station Storage Room

The Key To The Gas Station Storage Room is conveniently located in the New Gas Station where it is used. It spawns in the gas station manager’s office. The office is locked and you will need the Cabinet Key to gain entry into the room. Once inside the key will spawn under the desk on top of the newspaper on the floor.

11. Unknown Key

Unknown Key Spawn On Dead Scav Near RUAF Roadblock

The Unknown Key is a lootable item that spawns on a dead scav located near the RUAF Roadblock extract. If you are at the extract, then proceed east towards the storage units. Behind the nearest storage unit building will be some large bushes. The dead scav is hidden beneath the largest bush. The Unknown Key is a guaranteed spawn on the dead scav. The key is required to complete The Extortionist task.

12. Factory Exit Key

Factory Exit Key Spawn In Morgue Building

The Factory Exit Key has two loose spawn locations on the Customs map. The first location is in the Morgue building on the southeastern side of the Customs map. Inside the building on the first floor will be three metal cabinets placed on the southern wall. One of the cabinets is opened and the key can be found resting on a shelf. The second location is in the 3 story dorms building. The key can be found in the guard room located on the first floor on your left as soon as you enter through the main entrance. Inside the guard room is a broken television placed on a table. The key can be found on the table next to the TV.

13. Key To EMERCOM Medical Unit

The Key To EMERCOM Medical Unit can be found in the New Gas Station on Customs. By the gas pumps is an ambulance that has partially driven off the lot. You can jump inside the ambulance if you open the back door. Once inside you can find the key resting on the chair located in the back.

14. Key To Goshan Cash Register

The Key To Goshan Cash Register is located at the New Gas Station on the Customs map. A bus can be found on the eastern side of the gas station crashed against the barricade that blocks the street. Enter the bus and the key can be found on one of the seats.

15. Key To OLI Logistics Department Office

The Key To OLI Logistics Department Office can be found near the Shortcut location on the Customs map. To the left of Shortcut on the Train Yard side are four cars parked near the wall. The blue car, second from the left, has a back trunk door that can be opened. The key has a chance to spawn inside the trunk.

16. Lab. Key. Arsenal Storage Room

The Lab. Key. Arsenal Storage Room has three loose spawn locations on the Customs map. The first is at the Antenna location on the northern side of the Customs map. There is a trailer office located next to the antenna. You can find the key spawning on a chair placed in the left corner of the office. The second location is in the New Gas Station. When you enter the gas station building, proceed behind the counter where the cash registers are. The key can be found on the back counter closest to the bathrooms. The third spawn for the key is in the 3 story Dorms building. It has a chance to spawn in Room 215 on the second floor. Look for the key on a shelf in the night stand next to a white book.

17. RB-MP11 Key

The RB-MP11 Key spawn location is located in the Container Building in the Train Yard of Customs. Inside the building is a small desk in a fenced in area with a desk lamp turned on. The key can be found on the desk in the light of the desk lamp.

18. RB-ORB3 Key

RB-ORB3 Key Spawn Location In UN Vehicle By Bridge

The RB-ORB3 Key can be found in an UN Vehicle located near the Bridge on Customs. It spawns on the road between the RUAF Roadblock extract and the Bridge location. The passenger door of the UN vehicle is slightly opened. Look inside to see if the key has spawned on the passenger seat.

19. East Wing Room 306 Key

East Wing Room 306 Key Spawn In Director’s Office

The East Wing Room 306 Key spawns inside the Big Red Warehouse located on the western side of the Customs map. It can be found in the director’s office on his desk right in front of the laptop. You will need the Customs office key to access the room.

20. East Wing Room 310 Key

The East Wing Room 310 key has two loose spawn locations on the Customs map. The first location is in the tractor trailer parking lot south of the Big Red Warehouse building. Inside the parking lot is a bus near the Trailer Park Workers’ Shack extract. The key can be found resting on a seat inside the bus. The second spawn location is in a blue van near the Crossroads extract. The driver’s side door can be opened to the van and the key can be found on the driver seat.

21. Key ZB-014

The Key ZB-014 can be found in the 3 story dorms building on the Customs map. It is located in room 220 on the second floor of the building. The room is locked and requires the Dorm room 220 Key to open. Once inside, look for the key spawning on the desk between the candle and the photograph.
