Every map has set spawn locations where armor, weapons and gear have a chance to be found. Knowing the location of loose gear and weapon spawns is very helpful for many players in Escape From Tarkov. For players starting out in the game the gear and weapon spawns can help with early quests and having a set of armor or two in the stash for future raids. Or if you are playing as a player scav finding armor can instantly increase your survivability if you were unlucky to spawn without one. The same goes if you decide to run a raid with nothing but a pistol or your melee weapon on a money run. These spawns can really help improve your odds of a successful raid. 1. Module 3M Bodyarmor Spawn At Military Checkpoint

Looks like some USEC personnel left a Module-3M Bodyarmor at his post at the USEC Checkpoint on the Woods map in Escape From Tarkov. Can’t let a perfectly good body armor go to waste.

The USEC Checkpoint is located along the main road that runs through the Woods map – southeast of the lumber yard. The body armor can be found leaning against the sandboxes that face towards the west side of the map. The gear will spawn tucked right in the middle of the sandbags.

2. MBSS Backpack Spawn Behind USEC Checkpoint

Perhaps it is the same USEC personnel that also left behind a Flyye MBSS Backpack at the military checkpoint as well. These USEC folks are so forgetful. May as well pick this up and see what goodies are inside.

The backpack can be found leaning against the generator located behind the USEC Checkpoint building. Sometimes it can also spawn on top of the generator at the same location. If you find it, then be sure to search inside the bag as additional items can spawn inside such as Provisions, Gear and Weapon Parts.

3. Module 3M Bodyarmor By Abandoned Mobile Office

A poor scav appears to have thrown away a perfectly good Module-3M Bodyarmor on the Woods Map in Tarkov. You may as well find it and take it back to your Hideout. Finders keepers.

The Module-3M Bodyarmor can be found in an open cardboard box located on the left side of a trash dumpster. You can find the dumpster along the road that connects the UN Roadblock extract and the RUAF Roadblock extract on the left side of the map. It is right next to the abandoned mobile office with the Jacket loot container inside.

4. Duffle Bag Spawn By Airplane Wreckage

Travel to the Airplane Crash site. From the path of the wreckage look towards the hidden cache location (use our Interactive Woods Loot Map if you are not sure where that is). When you are looking towards the plane the cache will be found to your left in between two large trees. The duffle bag spawns leaning up against the tree on the left. If you find it, then be sure to search inside the bag as additional items can spawn inside such as Provisions, Gear and Weapon Parts.

5. Module 3-M Bodyarmor | Suburbs Brick House – 1st Floor

Down the road from the Bridge Extract is a small Suburb with three houses: two to the west and one to the east. Proceed to the southwestern house which has a red brick exterior and a connecting patio made of light blue wood. As soon as you enter the front door into the house turn right to find a wooden cabinet. A Module 3-M Bodyarmor can spawn on the floor leaning against the wooden cabinet.

6. Module 3-M Bodyarmor | Suburbs Brick House – Attic

Down the road from the Bridge Extract is a small Suburb with three houses: two to the west and one to the east. Proceed to the southwestern house which has a red brick exterior and a connecting patio made of light blue wood. Go inside the house and head upstairs to the attic. A bed will be in front of the stairs with a wooden stool next to it. The Module 3-M Bodyarmor can spawn on the stool next to the bed.

7. Module 3-M Bodyarmor | Suburbs Gable House

Down the road from the Bridge Extract is a small Suburb with three houses: two to the west and one to the east. The eastern house has a gable pointed roof. Proceed inside and up the stairs to the attic. Look on the red couch to your right for a Module 3-M Bodyarmor.

8. PACA Soft Armor | Scav Compound

Inside the Scav Compound located south of the Scav Bridge is a tan van vehicle with its doors open. A PACA Soft Body Armor can be found inside the van.

9. PACA Soft Armor | RUAF Roadblock

Next to the RUAF Roadblock extraction is a dumpster near the fence border next to three round concrete sections in the grass. A PACA Soft Armor can be found leaning against the back corner of the dumpster.

10. Flyye MBSS Backpack | USEC Camp

Look by the southern tent at the USEC Camp for a large white tank placed next to the tent. A Flyye MBSS Backpack can spawn on top of this tank.

11. PACA Soft Armor | Scav Compound Trailer

At the Scav Compound located south of the Scav Bridge extract is a trailer stacked on top of a blue metal container. Inside the trailer is a small wooden crate just in front of the entrance door. A PACA Soft Armor can spawn inside the crate.

12. Security Vest | Scav Bunker Table

Inside the Scav Bunker is a wooden table by the sealed bunker door. A Security Vest tactical rig can spawn on top of the table.

13. PACA Soft Armor | Scav Bunker Bed

Inside the Scav Bunker is a dirty bed against the left wall by the sealed bunker door. Next to the bed on the floor can spawn a PACA Soft Armor.

Gear Details

Module-3M Bodyarmor

The Module-3M Bodyarmor is an armor vest with Armor Class 2 and 40 points of durability. You will need to hand in four to Ragman for his Supplier quest. A Module-3M in perfect condition can be sold to Ragman for 14,144 roubles. As a 9 slot item this results in a value of 1,571 roubles per slot.

PACA Soft Armor

The PACA Soft Armor is an armor vest with Armor Class 2 and 50 points of durability. You will need to wear one while killing PMCs for Prapor’s The Punisher – Part 5 quest. A PACA Soft Armor in perfect condition can be sold to Ragman for 15,302 roubles. As a 9 slot item this results in a value of 1,700 roubles per slot.

Duffle Bag

The Duffle Bag is a cheap backpack option commonly found on scavengers. The bag has 12 inventory slots in a 4×3 configuration which is the same size as the bag itself and weighs 0.9 kg. Loose duffle bags are often found with additional items inside such as Provisions, Gear and Weapon Parts. It is one component used by Ragman in a barter trade for a LBT-2670 Slim Field Med Pack. Ragman will also buy the Duffle Bag for 1,287 Roubles resulting in a price of 107 Roubles per inventory slot. Backpacks are still worth picking up despite their low sale price because they can still hold items while in your inventory. Thus, it serves to increase the overall price per inventory slot of your loot.

Flyye MBSS Backpack

The Flyye MBSS Backpack is a 4×4 16 slot backpack available early on in the game. You can acquire it through barter trades from Peacekeeper (LL1) or Ragman (LL1) for a damaged hard drive or dog tags, respectively. It can be sold to Ragman for 6,979 roubles. As a 16 slot item this results in a value of 436 roubles per slot. Backpacks are still worth picking up despite their low sale price because they can still hold items while in your inventory. Thus, it serves to increase the overall price per inventory slot of your loot.
