In an unannounced “ninja” update, the developers of Escape From Tarkov changed some of the barter trades available through the traders. The changes include adding new barter items, removing some and changing the item requirements needed. In addition, a “new” barter has been introduced for Jaeger level 2 where he wants to trade a metal fuel tank for …. roubles. Not quite a barter trade and most likely a bug, but it appears with the barter trade filter so we included it. In total, this update introduced 44 changes across all of the traders. Some of the highlights include:
- Price of thermals increased across the board
- Most cases got more expensive except the BETA secure container which got cheaper
- 15 new barter trades have been added
- 7 barter trades have been removed
- 1 “barter” trade appears to be a bug.
